| 07:00:Getting up early and going out for sun rise hike on the rim of Ramon crater withcombination of Tai Chi exercise in the field (operated by Tai Chi master)

10:00: Game of archery in the desert
12:00: “Alexander technique” - activity and lecture
14:00: Lunch in the field
